The six astronauts of STS-134 are on their way to launch pad 39A to enter the orbiter of space shuttle Endeavour.
On the first launch attempt, the astronauts on board the AstroVan that takes them there never got past the Vehicle Assembly Building, about 3 miles short of the launch pad because of a technical issue that scrubbed the attempt.
Looks like they’ll at least get past that point and all signs point to a good chance of launch at 8:56 a.m.
