PlayStation Network is partially back up and some people, after a password reset, are enjoying online games again. As an apology for the downtime and security breach, Sony Computer Entertainment has a "Welcome Back" program planned.
Details have not been announced for North America or Japan, but trickled out of Europe. The PAL PlayStation Blog posted a list of digital welcome back gifts.
