The
talented North Carolina-based artist Patrick Dougherty has earned an
international reputation for weaving tree saplings into substantial, swirling
forms that look like bird nests as high as 40 feet. His elegant sculptures are transitory,
owning to the nature of the materials used, and break down after a year or two
in the wild. Patrick has post-graduate in Hospital and Health Administration,
and he started studying art history and sculpture at the University of North
Carolina, where he started learning about basic techniques of building, and
applying his carpentry abilities with his deep fondness of nature ongoing to
experiment with tree saplings as construction material. Patrick Dougherty first
artwork was his house. When he was collecting fallen branches, rocks and old
timber, Dougherty built a villa where he still lives with his wife and son. By
the way, his house is his only eternal work. So more than thirty years, he has
built more than 230 of such works that have been seen worldwide from Scotland
to Japan to Brussels, and all over the United States.

Meanwhile in a World Far, Far Away
This is really an incredibly short film created
during the "Porgrave" shooting, the latest film by Sandro Bocci that
will be released at the end of 2015. Meanwhile, you can view the world of
marine animals like corals and starfish at high magnification and during long
time span through the time-lapse. The music almost alien and disturbing has
been joined to the images that stimulate mental associations to create a
contrast, stimulate synesthesia and feelings do not necessarily harmonics and
assonant. In fact this is an infinitesimal part of the perfect world in which
we live and of which we should take better care. Well, a wonderful trip via a
different perspective that’d encourage reflections on the consequences of actions
on each scale of space & time. Let’s enjoy the vision.

DIY Coffee Pot Terrarium
DIY Coffee Pot Terrarium actually inspired by an old lady
who’s love plants and coffee. The idea is up-cycled by coffee pot into an air
plant terrarium. These beautiful air
plants need minimal care making them a charismatic addition to any office desk
or small indoor space needing a pop of greenery. You’ve a chance to gather your
things in align to complete your project in well manner, i.e. White Sand, vibrant
moss, river rocks, gemstones, and mini air plants. However cover what will be
the floor of the terrarium with sand and colorful rocks, and arrange your
plants add your moss, and gemstones around the outer perimeter. You can mist
your plants regularly or dunk them in water once a week to keep them moist.

Micro Timelapse From Daniel Csobot
Daniel has done a great job, with awesome efforts put by
him. Some of the shots really best you could ever see with excellent transition and growth
is so smooth. Once you see the video, I’m sure many of them would try something
like this. You’d love watching your garden change overnight but this is
wondrous. God's nature is undeniably perfect. Wow, you’d be really admired the
heart touched work of Daniel, what a brilliant video! How mysterious and
fantastic life is! Truly awesome! Nothing makes me as happy as watching plants,
and a chance to see them sprout, grow and bloom in such exquisite detail just
blows my mind and makes my day! Without any doubt this is excellent efforts in
bringing us such a joyous and unforgettable piece of film making.

Morning Light
The Cool morning air is disturbed by the sound of
wings as they flap across the water of the shallow lake. The once deep
lake is nothing but a memory with just enough water to sustain what life
is left feeding on it with eternal gratefulness for its existence.
Kaibab Lake once a pristine 30 acre +lake has been reduced to 15 acres
or less with a depth in some spots you could walk in from the drought
that is plaguing Northern Arizona.

Awaken 4K by Fort Myers and Sanibel
I've just seen this for the first time, and love the video
cuts as well! I don't know how it slipped through the cracks the first time
around, but I love it. Incredible work and I got it all in balance handsomely.
Imagery, video, audio, edits, soundtrack, narrative, the whole thing. This is really
outstanding dedication and passion. I hunted for 6 months for that shot, so much
sleeping in the car, but in the end, it paid off more than I could have
imagined. As much as I like the time-lapse shots I love the video cuts even
more. You captured some epic moments my friend. Keep up the killer work!
